Returns

You may return most items within 28 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags/packaging.

Customers are responsible for the cost of returning items unless the product is faulty or incorrect.
Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable (unless the item is faulty or sent in error).
Exchanges

If you wish to exchange for a different size or product, please contact us first to ensure stock availability.

Exchanges are processed once the original item has been received and checked.
Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please email us immediately at sales@legendsgallery.co.uk with your order number and photos.

We will arrange a replacement or a full refund, including shipping costs.
